She said the preexisting stubs outs were not taken into account, and she does not <br /> 34 know why. <br /> 35 <br /> 36 A motion was made by Commissioner Marcoplos, seconded by Commissioner Price to <br /> 37 adopt the resolution which approves designating the 11 parcels (totaling 31.88 acres) in <br /> 38 question as being located within the "Primary Service Area" for water and sewer services on the <br /> 39 map in Appendix A of the WASMPBA. <br /> 40 <br /> 41 Chair Rich called each Commissioner by name (roll call). <br /> 42 <br /> 43 VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> 44 <br /> 45 Chair Rich said the discussion can now move to the second part of the item. <br /> 46 Commissioner Greene said she heard that other districts are in favor of pursuing a <br /> 47 policy, but she is not. She said these boundaries were drawn with great deliberation, and <br /> 48 should come back to the Board on a case by case basis. She said she is really opposed to an <br /> 49 abstract policy on these matters. <br />
