Members of the Board of Commissioners <br /> 29 participated in the meeting remotely. As in prior meetings, members of the public were able to <br /> 30 view and listen to the meeting via live streaming video at <br /> 31 http://www.orangecountync.gov/967/Meeting-Videos and on Orange County Gov-TV on <br /> 32 channels 1301 or 97.6 (Spectrum Cable). <br /> 33 <br /> 34 <br /> 35 1. Financial Report for the First Quarter of FY2020-21 <br /> 36 <br /> 37 Gary Donaldson, Chief Financial Officer, presented the item below: <br /> 38 <br /> 39 BACKGROUND: <br /> 40 The COVID-19 induced recession resulted in County measures as part of the FY 2020-21 <br /> 41 Adopted Budget. This first quarter report provides a status of Revenue and Expenditure of the <br /> 42 County's Operating Funds as compared with the prior fiscal year.
