He said this is a <br /> 39 model for dealing with existing development, and the commitment is for 5 years to maintain the <br /> 40 water quality. He said the Lake is in good shape, and all want to keep it that way. He said this <br /> 41 vote is intent to participate, as final details are worked out. He said if Orange County is not a <br /> 42 part of the IAIA, it will have to submit its own plan. He said the implementation will begin in July <br /> 43 1, 2021. He said this is a joint effort by all involved. <br /> 44 Commissioner Dorosin referred to page 8, and said there is a reference to Orange <br /> 45 County going out alone, and the compensatory costs would range from $49,000 to $46 million. <br /> 46 He said this is a useless statistic, and should be more accurate. <br /> 47 David Stancil said the exact loading rate is really unknown, and it is more likely to be on <br /> 48 the upper end of the range.
