Fiscal Year 2020-21 Budget Amendment #2 <br /> The Board approved the budget, grant, and capital project ordinance amendment#2 for fiscal <br /> year 2020-21 for Planning and Inspections Department; County Capital Project—Veterans' <br /> Memorial; Housing and Community Development; Board of Elections; Orange County <br /> Transportation Services; Health Department; County Capital Project— Emergency Services <br /> Remediation and HVAC Projects; Sheriff's Office; Department on Aging; County Manager/Arts <br /> Commission; and Orange County Schools. (ORD-2020-023) <br /> c. North Carolina Governor's Highway Safety Program —Orange County Sheriff's Office <br /> Traffic Safety Project and Approval of Budget Amendment # 2-A <br /> The Board adopted a resolution, which is incorporated by reference, recognizing federal funding <br /> for traffic safety projects to the Sheriff's Office; and approved Budget Amendment# 2-A; and <br /> authorized the Chair to sign the Resolution. North Carolina Housing Finance Agency (NCHFA) Urgent Repair Program (URP20) <br /> Award and Updates to ESFRLP20 Assistance Policy <br /> The Board approved the 2020 Urgent Repair Program (URP20)Assistance Policy, updated <br /> 2020 Essential Single-Family Rehabilitation Loan Pool (ESFRLP20) Assistance Policy, and <br /> updated Orange County Procurement and Disbursement Policy for all housing rehab Programs <br /> and to authorized the County Manager to sign the Funding and Written Agreement for the <br /> URP20 award from the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency (NCHFA). <br /> e. Advisory Boards and Commissions —Appointments <br /> The Board approved the Advisory Boards and Commissions appointments as reviewed and <br /> discussed during the October 8, 2020 Work Session. <br /> f. Change in BOCC Meeting Schedule for 2020 <br /> The Board approved changes to the Board of Commissioners' meeting calendar for 2020 <br /> making the remaining 2020 BOCC meetings virtual. <br />
