3 <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends the Board: <br /> 1. Adopt the Resolution in Attachment 4 which approves designating the 11 parcels (totaling <br /> 31.88 acres) in question as being located within the "Primary Service Area" for water and <br /> sewer services on the map in Appendix A of the WASMPBA. <br /> 2. Provide feedback on whether staffs of the five WASMPBA parties should commence <br /> work on a policy for resolving minor discrepancies in the future through GIS analysis and <br /> staff interpretation. (A policy would need to be brought back to the five WASMPBA <br /> parties for approval). <br />
