Opposition to Proposed Federal Regulation Legislation To End Local C"able Franchise Fees <br />The Board will receive information on pending legislation before Congress that would abolish local cable <br />franchise fees and consider authorizing the Chair to send a formal letter of opposition from the BOCC to <br />Representative Price, Senators Dole acid Burr, and members of the Senate Commerce Committee. <br />6. Mill Creek Road Area C"ommunity Health Study Proposal <br />The Board will receive a proposed community health assessment plan for the Mill Creek Road area, provide <br />direction to staff, and consider funding from the Social Safety Net/Critical Needs Reserve to address water <br />sampling costs. <br />8.
