<br />The Board will consider revising the Orange County Personnel Ordinance to reflect the Board's action with <br />adoption of the 2005-Ob budget increasing the County 401(k) Plan contribution for non-sworn law <br />enforcement officers froth X20 to $25 per pay period effective July 1, 2005. <br />d. 117otor Vehicle Property Tax Release/Refunds for June 2005 <br />The Board «Till consider adoption of a refund resolution related to 23 requests for motor vehicle property tax <br />releases or refunds in accordance with North Carolina General Statutes. <br />e. 11~1otor Vehicle Property Tax Release/Refunds for July 200 <br />The Board will consider adoption of a refund resolution related to 97 requests for motor vehicle property tax <br />releases or refunds in accordance with North Carolina General Statutes. <br />f. Property Tax Refunds <br />The Board will consider adoption of a refund resolution related to four (4) requests for property tax refund in <br />accordance with North Carolina General Statute 105-381. <br />g. Property Value Changes <br />The Board twill consider approving value changes made in property values after the 2004 Board of <br />Equalization and Review has adjourned. <br />h. Reappointment of Tax Collector <br />The Board will consider reappointing Jo Roberson as Orange County Tax Collector for a four year term, <br />effective July 1, 2005. <br />i. Reappointment of Tax Assessor <br />The Board will consider reappointing Jolu1 Smith, Jr. as Orange County Tax Assessor for a four year term, <br />effective July 1, 2005. <br />j. C"ontracts Between CHCCS, OCS, and Health Department for School Nurses <br />The Board «-ill consider approving contracts between Chapel Hill-Carrhoro City Schools, Orange County <br />Schools, and the Health Department for School Nurse Funding and authorize the Chair to sign. <br />k. Agreement Renewal Between Health Department, the UNC School of Dentistry and UNC <br />Hospitals <br />The Board will consider renewing the agreement bet«~~een the Health Department and the UNC School of <br />Dentistry and UNC Hospitals for dental resident services. <br />1. Agreement Renewal for Household Hazardous Waste Collection Services <br />The Board «~ill consider continuing and agreement with ECOFLO Inc. for Household Hazardous tAjaste and <br />Conditionally Exempt Small Quantity Generator Collection Services and authorize the Chair to sign, subject <br />to final review by Staff and the County Attorney. <br />m. EMS NTedical Director C"ontract Renewal <br />The Board «Till consider rene«~ing a contract between Orange County and the L1NC Department of <br />Emergency Medicine concerning medical direction of Orange County's Emergency Medical Services (ENIS) <br />program and authorize the Chair to sign. <br />n. EMS Events and Facilities Agreement Renewals - Orange County Rescue Squad and South <br />Orange Rescue Squad <br />The Board «~ill consider renewing, on an annual basis, the existing agreements with both Orange County <br />Rescue Squad and South Orange Rescue Squad to provide for special event coverage, leasing of space in <br />Squad buildings, and the sharing of County and Squad resources in the delivery of emergency tnedical <br />services for the period July 1, 2005 through June 30, 2006, subject to final review by staff and the County <br />Attorney, and authorize the Chair to sign. <br />o.
