37 <br /> 1 f. Signage: In addition to the standards contained in Section 6.12 of the UDO, the <br /> 2 following specific standards shall apply to the Project: <br /> 3 i. Signs shall be permitted consistent with the approved sign master plan for <br /> 4 the project; <br /> 5 ii. Final location/size shall be reviewed/approved by staff as part of a site plan <br /> 6 submitted in accordance with Section 2.5 of the LIDO and the conditions <br /> 7 contained herein. <br /> 8 g. Lighting: In addition to the standards contained in Section 6.11 of the UDO, the <br /> 9 following specific standards shall apply to the Project: <br /> 10 i. All lighting shall be full-cut off fixtures; <br /> 11 ii. Lighting in parking areas shall observe a height limit of 45 ft.; <br /> 12 iii. All lighting shall comply with maximum foot-candle limits at property lines <br /> 13 as noted in Section 6.11.6.A of the LIDO; <br /> 14 h. Stream Buffers: The Project shall comply with the provisions of Section 6.13 of <br /> 15 the LIDO. <br /> 16 i. Stormwater regulations: The Project shall comply with the provisions of Section <br /> 17 6.14 of the LIDO. <br /> 18 j. Erosion Control regulations. The Project shall comply with the provisions of <br /> 19 Section 6.15 of the UDO. <br /> 20 k. Flood regulations: The Project shall comply with the provisions of Section 6.21 <br /> 21 of the LIDO. <br /> 22 <br /> 23 VI. PERMITTED AND PROHIBITED LAND USES: <br /> 24 a. Manufacturing: Land uses category associated with assembly, repair or servicing <br /> 25 of industrial, business, or consumer machinery, equipment, products, or by- <br /> 26 products mainly by providing centralized services for separate retail outlets. <br /> 27 Contractors and building maintenance services and similar uses perform services <br /> 28 off-site. <br /> 29 Permitted uses, by way of example and not limitation, include the following: <br /> 30 i. Bottling. <br /> 31 ii. Brewery, winery, distillery, cidery with tasting/sampling facilities and <br /> 32 associated retail sales. <br /> 33 iii. Bus or rail transit vehicle maintenance or storage facility. <br /> 34 iv. Contractors storage including janitorial and building maintenance service, <br /> 35 exterminator, or other maintenance yard or facility, building, heating, <br /> 36 plumbing, landscaping or electrical contractor and others who perform <br /> 37 services off-site, but store equipment and materials or perform fabrication <br /> 38 or similar work on-site. <br /> 39 v.
