23 <br /> 1 <br /> 2 The atlas amendment is consistent with this goal and <br /> 3 objective with the approval of a rezoning of property creating a <br /> 4 district allowing for the development of high density nonresidential <br /> 5 land uses in an area of the County designated for <br /> 6 the location of adequate supporting infrastructure (i.e. water <br /> 7 and sewer). <br /> 8 <br /> 9 c. The amendment is reasonable and in the public interest because it: <br /> 10 <br /> 11 1.
