Fred called the meeting to order at 6:37 pm. <br /> II. Tim moved to approve the August 2020 minutes. Doris seconded. <br /> III. Advisory Board Update <br /> a. Keith/Bailey are approved and will be officially appointed on <br /> October 6' <br /> IV. Director's Report: <br /> a. 50K Operations Support Grants <br /> The same guidelines as those for the grassroots will apply. Non- <br /> profits need to be a top priority. Funds cannot go to a <br /> government funded agency. <br /> b. Orange County Arts Support Fund, Round 4 <br /> This fund is for individuals. $8000 is available. We will wait on <br /> this funding and will market it differently. <br /> c. Art on the Hill <br /> This event has been postponed until 2022. <br /> V. Start time for virtual meetings. <br /> Following discussion, it was decided to leave the meeting time <br /> at 6:3 0 pm. <br /> VI. Liaison Reports <br /> a.
