Page 2 of 2 Erik Lensch
Other Comments:
This application was current on:1/3/2020 Date Printed:1/3/2020
Boards/Commissions appointments:
Conflict of Interest:
being deployed at a rapid pace to reduce our carbon footprint. I see project opportunities in CA,
the Midwest, Pacific Northwest, the northeast and south, as well as Canada and western
Europe. So I would bring a national and international perspective, what is being done in other
communities around the US. I bring a project financing point of view – what cannot get financed
won’t get built, and what won’t get built won’t help us slow down global warming.
I am passionate about reducing our carbon footprint and my company only finances projects that
seek to achieve this goal. My dad had a solar energy business back in the late seventies and
early 80’s. I like to say that he was 30 years ahead of his time, and we don’t have the luxury of
waiting another 30 years to create lasting, positive change.
22
