Over eighty percent (80%) used one or more strategies to survive pandemic conditions <br />while only seventeen percent (17%) made no modifications during the pandemic. Not surprisingly, the <br />most common strategies (67%) involved leveraging technology by increasing online or virtual sales and <br />services.
