This height <br />will be atl[ievetl about 500 feet distant from the Eubanks Roatl pavemen( accoNing to <br />a conceptual tlrawing prepared by Joyce Engineering. <br />The segments of property line along Eubanks Roatl which ere being consitlere0 in this <br />report comprise a total distance of about 580 linear tae[ of vegetated buffer. The <br />speetl of travel along Eubanks Road, and the aveage angle of view into the facility, <br />may intlicate a slightly greeter anual length o(plantatl screen. <br />Regulatory Content <br />Two governing agencies have direct control over the issue of buffers antl visual <br />separation between the new landFll a~ivity and public rightsof-way. <br />The North Carolina Department of Environment and Natural Resources (NG-DENR) <br />requires a 2D0-foot buffer between C8p landflls antl public rightsaf-way.
