The plan focuses primarily on currently owned antl <br />utilizetl property on Eubanks Road antl specifically exclutles utilization of the Greene Tmc[for <br />solitl waste purposes. As previously discussed with the Bcarq the plan assumes the need tc <br />acquire approximately 18 acres of adlacent properly for tlevelopment of a new constmctlon antl <br />tlemolition (CffiD) waste dispcsal facility. <br />Fororgenizational purposes the plan is dwidetl into four phases (not in oNar of priorrry). Phase <br />I includes the C&D landfill and recycling facilities, antl reflects guidance from the Boats relatetl <br />to their atloption in February 2001 of a resolution of intent [o proceed with this proled following <br />appropriate planning antl tlesign. Phase II inclutles new departmental administrative offices. <br />Phase 111 includes the future transfer sta[ion.
