24 <br /> 8 9873-20-2389 Hillsborough Robert and Masker Plan Development Economic Development <br /> Lucille Ayers Conditional Zoning (MPD-CZ) Hillsborough OficeiRetaiI <br /> ETAL Settlers Point; (EDH-4) <br /> Major TransportatianCanidar Major TransportatianCorridor <br /> (MTC)Overlay District (MTC)Overlay District. <br /> WHEREAS, the proposal has been found to be consistent with the 2030 Orange County <br /> Comprehensive Plan, and <br /> WHEREAS,the requirements of Section 2.8 of the UDO have been deemed complete,and <br /> WHEREAS, the Board has found the proposed zoning atlas amendment to be reasonably <br /> necessary to promote the public health, safety, and geineral-welfare. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of Orange county that the Orange County <br /> Zoning Atlas is hereby amended to rezone the areas described above and depicted on the attached <br /> maps. <br /> BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED THAT this ordinance be placed in the book of published ordinances <br /> and that this ordinance is effective upon its adoption. <br /> Upon motion of commissioner seconded by commissioner <br /> , the foregoing ordinance was adopted this day of <br /> . 2020. <br /> I, Greg Wilder, Interim Clerk to the Board of Commissioners for Orange County, DO HEREBY <br /> CERTIFY that the foregoing is a true copy of so much of the proceedings of said Board at a meeting <br /> held on , 2020 as relates in any way to the adoption of the foregoing and <br /> that said proceedings are recorded in the minutes of the said Board. <br /> WITNESS my hand and the seal of said County, this day of 12020. <br /> SEAL <br /> Interim Clerk to the Board of Commissioners <br /> Commissioner McKee asked if one motion could be made to approve both the statement <br /> of consistency and the ordinance amending the zoning atlas. <br /> John Roberts said he would prefer the motions be separate. <br /> Commissioner Dorosin referred to the map on page 40 (electronic version), and said <br /> there is a strip of land between number 5 and 6, and another cut out between 6 and 7, and <br /> asked if those two parcels are part of the EDH2. <br /> Michael Harvey said those two parcels are zoned EDH2 <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Greene, seconded by Commissioner Marcoplos <br /> to approve the Statement of Consistency. <br />
