July 23, 2003 quotation. <br />Amount: $36,659.00 dated 8/7/03 <br />CO #12: <br />Removal of plaster lath from the second floor corridor ceiling, resulting from the ceiling the glue/adhesive <br />removal, as described in Tide-Up Construction Company, Inc August 7, 2003 proposal <br />Amount $3500.00 dated 8/14/03 <br />CO #13: <br />Additional work associated with the drywall & structural changes to Building "A"EAS proceeded with <br />covering the overhead wood structure in the main entrance to the Library with drywall where plaster lath <br />was removed. <br />Amount: $2020.00 dated 9/2/03 <br />Total Amount of Change Orders To Date: $385,686.00 <br />
