24 <br /> 2 8 9873-20-2389 Hillsborough Robert and Masker Plan Development Economic Development <br /> 3 Lucille Ayers Conditional Zoning (MPD-CZ) Hillsborough OPFiceiRetai1 <br /> 4 ETAL Settlers Point; (EDH-4) <br /> 5 Major TransportatianCanidar Major TransportatianCorridor <br /> 6 (MTC)Overlay District (MTC)Overlay District. <br /> 7 WHEREAS, the proposal has been found to be consistent with the 2030 Orange County <br /> 8 Comprehensive Plan, and <br /> 9 <br /> 10 WHEREAS,the requirements of Section 2.B of the UDO have been deemed complete,and <br /> 11 WHEREAS, the Board has found the proposed zoning atlas amendment to be reasonably <br /> 12 necessary to promote the public health, safety, and general welfare. <br /> 13 <br /> 14 BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of orange county that the Orange County <br /> 15 Zoning Atlas is hereby amended to rezone the areas desc6bed above and depicted on the attached <br /> 16 maps. <br /> 17 BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED THAT this ordinance be placed in the book of published ordinances <br /> 18 and that this ordinance is effective upon its adoption. <br /> 19 <br /> 20 Upon motion of commissioner seconded by Commissioner <br /> 21 , the foregoing ordinance was adopted this day of <br /> 22 . 2020. <br /> 23 <br /> 24 I, Greg Wilder, Interim Clerk to the Board of commissioners for Orange County, DO HEREBY <br /> 25 CERTI FY that the foregoing is a true copy of so much of the proceedings of said Board at a meeting <br /> 26 <br /> 27 held on 2020 as relates in any way to the adoption of the foregoing and <br /> 28 <br /> 29 that said proceedings are recorded in the minutes of the said Board. <br /> 30 <br /> 31 <br /> 32 WITNESS my hand and the seal of said county, this day of 12020. <br /> 33 <br /> 34 <br /> 35 SEAL <br /> 36 Interim clerk to the Board of Commissioners <br /> 37 <br /> 38 <br /> 39 <br /> 40 <br /> 41 <br /> 42 Commissioner McKee asked if one motion could be made to approve both the statement <br /> 43 of consistency and the ordinance amending the zoning atlas. <br /> 44 John Roberts said he would prefer the motions be separate. <br /> 45 Commissioner Dorosin referred to the map on page 40 (electronic version), and said <br /> 46 there is a strip of land between number 5 and 6, and another cut out between 6 and 7, and <br /> 47 asked if those two parcels are part of the EDH2. <br /> 48 Michael Harvey said those two parcels are zoned EDH2 <br /> 49 <br /> 50 A motion was made by Commissioner Greene, seconded by Commissioner Marcoplos <br /> 51 to approve the Statement of Consistency. <br />
