Agenda materials from the meeting can be viewed at: 27 <br /> 28 <br />Planning Director’s Recommendation: As required under Section 2.8.5 of the Unified 29 <br />Development Ordinance (UDO) the Planning Director shall: ‘… cause an analysis to be made of 30 <br />the application and, based upon that analysis, prepare a recommendation for consideration’. 31 <br />The Director has determined the proposed atlas amendments are necessary to ensure each 32 <br />parcel has development option(s) and that rezoning said parcels back to their original zoning 33 <br />designation is consistent with the goals and policies of the adopted Comprehensive Plan.
