Retail Uses limited to 16,000 sq.ft. of building area <br />iv. Development Area 4: Approximately 3.84 ± acres in area <br />developed within Phase 2 of the Project. Permitted uses shall be <br />limited to: <br />1. Short-Term Rental- Non-Host Occupied. <br />v. Development Area 5: Approximately 21.05 ± acres in area <br />developed within Phase 2 of the Project. Permitted uses shall be <br />limited to: <br />1. Medical Uses; <br />2. Office and Financial Service; <br />3. Manufacturing, Assembly, Processing and Distribution Uses- <br />Food Uses; <br />4. Manufacturing, Assembly, Processing and Distribution Uses- <br />Other Uses limited specifically to Research Facility with <br />Manufacturing, <br />totaling no more than 150,000 square feet in approximately four (4) <br />buildings. <br />vi. Development Area 6: Approximately 1.62± acres directly adjacent <br />to the railroad tracks. This area will be reserved for development by <br />others to support area transit. No buildings or parking are planned <br />for this site as a part of the Project. Bus/Rail Passenger Shelters <br />are permitted. <br />b. Prohibited Uses: <br />185
