a. Multi-tenant Building: <br />i. Maximum horizontal length or span of sign <br />shall not exceed 80% of the width of the <br />usable, one surface storefront of a <br />particular Tenant’s space; <br />ii. Sign shall not exceed 64 square feet in <br />area; <br />iii. If the width of the storefront contains more <br />than one building/facade material, the <br />Tenant shall use only one building/facade <br />material width to determine 80%; <br />iv. No sign may cover two different façade <br />surfaces. <br />b. Single-tenant Building: <br />i. One wall sign per building façade; <br />ii. Allowable sign area shall not exceed 1 <br />square foot of sign area per 1 foot of <br />building length of each façade up to a <br />maximum size limit of 64 square feet; <br />iii. No sign may cover two different façade <br />surfaces. <br />3. Directional Sign: <br />a. Limited to necessary information for patrons (e.g. <br />entrance/exit, directional, one-way) <br />b. May not exceed 4 square feet in sign area <br />c. May not exceed 4 feet in height <br />d. Maximum of four (4) per building within any <br />particular Development Area <br />4. Temporary Real Estate, Construction, and Financing <br />Signs: <br />a. No sign shall exceed 24 square feet in area <br />b. No more than two (2) signs per building site <br />c. Construction and Financing Signs must be <br />removed within 10 days of receipt of certificate of <br />occupancy for any one building site. <br />i. Lighting: In addition to the standards contained in Section 6.9 of the UDO, the <br />following specific standards shall apply to the Project: <br />i.
