i. Space(s) shall be required based on the following standard(s): <br />1. Retail: 1 space for every 300 sq.ft. of gross floor area; <br />2. Bank/Financial Institution: 1 space for every 200 sq.ft. of <br />gross floor area. 5 stacking spaces shall be provided per <br />individual drive-in window; <br />3. Office: 1 space for every 300 sq.ft. of gross floor area; <br />4. Eating and Drinking Establishment: 1 space for every 40 <br />seats or 1 space for every 50 sq.ft. of floor area for public <br />use whichever is greater; <br />5. Short-Term Rental Non Host Occupied: 1 space per room <br />plus 1 space per shift employee; <br />6. Manufacturing: 1 space per 1,000 sq.ft. of floor area. <br />ii. Car wash: there will be stacking/storage space provided to <br />accommodate a minimum of 10 vehicles waiting for access to the <br />proposed car wash facility. <br />h. Signage: In addition to the standards contained in Section 6.12 of the UDO, <br />the following specific standards shall apply to the Project: <br />a. In general: <br />i. Signs or marketing of any kind are prohibited within the common <br />areas/open space of the Project; <br />ii. In addition to the requirement of Section 6.12.7 of the UDO, sign <br />submittals shall include a photo of the actual building exterior <br />and a rendering with the proposed sign superimposed same; <br />iii. All signs shall be internally illuminated; <br />iv. Window signs or graphics of shall be limited to 25% of the <br />window surface as defined from floor to ceiling. <br />b.
