Describe proposed use of property: <br />The project proposes to construct a Buc -ee’s gas station and convenience store <br />with associated parking and infrastructure within an undeveloped/farm land <br />property located between Mt. Willing Road and the I-85/US-70 Connector. The <br />project will include new driveways to Mt. Willing Road, the I-40/I-85 Ramp, and <br />the I-85/US-70 Connector. <br /> <br />B.
