Willing Road – I-40 EB Ramps <br />· Install a traffic signal <br />US-70/I-40 Connector – I-40 EB Ramps <br />· If not implemented with signal installation in Phase 1 and determined to be necessary based <br />on future traffic volumes, modify the recommended traffic signal to provide permitted + <br />protected phasing for the southbound left-turn movement on US-70/I-40 Connector <br />Mt. Willing Road – Site Driveway <br />· Construct a full-movement site driveway, with one ingress lane and two egress lanes, on Mt. <br />Willing Road approximately 625 feet north of I-40 WB Ramps <br />· Construct a northbound right-turn lane on Mt.
