Buc-ee’s Phase 2 – Efland, NC <br /> <br />18 <br /> <br />6.1 US-70 – Efland-Cedar Grove Road <br /> <br />Analyses indicate that the signalized US-70 – Efland-Cedar Grove Road intersection currently <br />operates at LOS C in the AM peak hour and LOS B in the PM peak hour. With the addition of <br />background and site traffic, the intersection is expected to continue operating at LOS C in the AM <br />peak hour and LOS B in the PM peak hour.
