Past success does not indicate the likelihood of success in any future legal representation. <br />During design of buildings, options to reduce or minimize wastewater generated on <br />this site may be considered. <br />As part of the development project, the developer shall submit a detailed Utility Master <br />Plan for review and approval to Orange County and the City of Mebane including the <br />appropriate steps that will be taken to provide sewer service to the project site. <br />Sanitary sewer service will be reviewed and approved by the City of Mebane as part <br />of the typical site plan review process. <br /> <br />B. Additional improvements to serve the Project may be required upon the submission and review of <br />comprehensive utility management plans by Orange County, City of Mebane, and Orange-Alamance Water <br />System. Water and wastewater treatment services will be provided in the event public water/sewer cannot <br />be extended. Utilities shall be designed in accordance with the Town and County standards. <br />44
