Additional improvements to serve the Project may be required upon the submission and review of <br />comprehensive utility management plans by Orange County, City of Mebane, and Orange-Alamance Water <br />System. Water and wastewater treatment services will be provided in the event public water/sewer cannot <br />be extended.
