She said she <br /> would like to see much greater compromise between the Applicant and the County in order to <br /> have a project that is better suited to the community. She said the tax dollars and jobs the <br /> project will provide to the County are legitimately needed. Zoning Atlas Amendment— Parcels off Old NC Highway 86 (District 2 of Settlers <br /> Point MPD-CZ) <br /> The Board held a public hearing, receive the Planning Board recommendation and public <br /> comment, close the public hearing, and schedule action for a specific future date on Planning <br /> Director initiated Zoning Atlas Amendments for parcels east of Old NC Highway 86, south of <br /> Interstate 40, within the Hillsborough Township of Orange County. <br /> Specifically, staff is proposing to rezone eight parcels, totaling approximately 46 acres, originally <br /> part of the Master Plan Development Conditional Zoning (MPD-CZ) district known as Setters <br /> Point.
