Staff is proposing to <br /> change the designation of the 12 acre parcel off Davis Road from Rural Residential to <br /> Economic Development Transition as well. This change is consistent with previous <br /> recommendations made by staff concerning the expansion of the County's economic <br /> development area south of Interstate 40. <br /> Access: As previously indicated herein, access for the project would be off of Service Road <br /> (south of Interstate 40) and Davis Road (south of PIN 9862-99-8894). An internal road network <br /> system, privately maintained, would provide access to individual land uses. The applicant is <br /> proposing pedestrian paths/walkways allowing access between the anticipated land uses. <br /> The submitted Transportation Impact Analysis (TIA) identifies internal and external roadway <br /> improvements that will be required. This includes the signalization of existing and proposed <br /> intersections. <br />
