Submission of 2021 Reappraisal Schedules of Values <br /> The Board received the proposed 2021 Reappraisal Schedules of Values (SOV); review a <br /> statutory-compliant timeline of the proposed adoption process; and schedule a public hearing on <br /> October 6, 2020 concerning adoption. <br /> c. Amendment to and Renewal of Health Services Agreement with Southern Health <br /> Partners for Medical Services at the Orange County Detention Center <br /> The Board approved an amendment to and renewal of the Health Services Agreement with <br /> Southern Health Partners for medical services at the Orange County Detention Center. <br /> d. Designation of Orange County Agent for FEMA Public Assistance <br /> The Board approved a resolution, which is incorporated by reference, designating an agent for <br /> Orange County's application for the Federal Emergency Management Agency's (FEMA) Public <br /> Assistance for the recovery related to COVID-19, affecting Orange County's entire community <br /> since March 2020 with expected impacts to continue for years out and authorize the Chair to <br /> sign. <br /> e. Approval of Driveway Easement Extending from Jacobs Trail <br /> The Board granted a driveway easement in an unused, undeveloped dedicated right of way <br /> extending from the end of Jacobs Trail and authorize the Chair to execute the documents. <br /> f. City of Durham's Teer Quarry Reservoir— Resolution of Support from Orange County <br /> for Reclassifying a Segment of the Eno River for Water Supply in Durham County <br /> The Board approve the signature by the Board Chair of a Resolution of Support from Orange <br /> County related to the City of Durham's (City's) proposed initiative to make the Teer Quarry <br /> Reservoir a new public water supply and reclassifying a segment of the Eno River within <br /> Durham County as Water Supply, in conformance with the State's Water Supply Watershed <br /> Protection Program. The City has formally requested Orange County's support for this effort <br /> which would require the County to take the necessary steps to provide public notice and initiate <br /> the associated public hearing(s), Planning Board meeting(s) and Board of County <br />
