12 <br /> Travis Myren said the County chose those words carefully. He said staff does not know <br /> what the Town Council may think, but this project is included in year 3 of the Town's CIP. He <br /> said the County has informed the Town that this may be a possibility, but that is all he can say <br /> about that. <br /> Commissioner Price referred to the Conversation Easements, and asked if this is just in <br /> year one. <br /> Travis Myren said this would be the year 3 amount. <br /> Commissioner Price said it would not be in year 1 or 2, even though the County gets this <br /> money every year. <br /> Bonnie Hammersley said the County has been putting money in every other year. <br /> Travis Myren said, based on that cadence, the next opportunity would be year 5.
