v. Petroleum and Coal Processing, Preparation, and Distribution <br />including but not limited to Asphalt Plants; <br />vi. Pulp, Paper, and Paperboard Mills; <br />vii. Sawmills; <br />viii. Mining; <br />ix. Landfills; <br />x. Body alteration (i.e. tattoo artist, body piercing, etc.); <br />xi. Cemetery; <br />xii. Crematoria; <br />xiii. Funeral Home; <br />xiv. Pawnshop/Payday Loan. <br />xv. Junk/Salvage yard; <br />xvi. Massage Business; and <br />xvii. Sexually Oriented Business. <br /> <br />VII. UTILITIES: In addition to the requirements of Section 6.20 Public Sewer <br />Connection of the UDO, required utility extensions and/or connections shall <br />abide by the following: <br />a. Development within the Project shall be served by public water and sewer <br />services as provided and maintained by the Town of Hillsborough; <br />additional and/or alternative water and/or wastewater systems shall not be <br />permitted. <br />b. A written, signed agreement between a developer, Orange County, and the <br />Town of Hillsborough shall be executed describing the timing, phasing, <br />design, and financing of public water distribution and public sanitary sewer <br />collection mains; <br />c. Water systems and water pressure shall comply with all applicable Town of <br />Hillsborough utility standards, building, and fire codes based on the <br />proposed land use; <br />d. Sizing/looping of utility lines shall be based on the proposed development, <br />including water flow test data and shall be reviewed and approved by <br />County staff, Town of Hillsborough Planning Director, and the Town of <br />Hillsborough Utility Director; <br />e. Fire-flow test(s) of all installed hydrants shall be conducted, in coordination <br />with the Town of Hillsborough and Orange County Emergency Services, to <br />ensure compliance with applicable State Fire Code standards; <br />31
