Harvey, Planner III (919) 245-2597 <br /> Craig Benedict, Director (919) 245-2592 <br /> <br />PURPOSE: To finalize review and take action on an applicant initiated Zoning Atlas <br />Amendments for 3 parcels west of Old NC Highway 86/south of Interstate 40 to Master Plan <br />Development Conditional Zoning (MPD-CZ) district. Specifically, the Board will be finalizing on <br />an application submitted by Terra Equity Incorporated to rezone parcels within PIN numbers <br />9863-71-8857, 9863-91-6573, and 9862-99-8894: <br />FROM: MPD-CZ (Settlers Point), Major Transportation Corridor (MTC) Overlay <br />District, Rural Residential (R-1), and Rural Buffer (RB). <br /> <br /> TO: MPD-CZ (Research Triangle Logistics Park), Major Transportation Corridor <br />(MTC) Overlay District, Rural Buffer (RB). <br />As indicated at the BOCC’s October 6 regular meeting, the public comment period for this item <br />closed at 9:00 a.m. on September 24, 2020. The BOCC will not be accepting any further public <br />comment on this item. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: Review of this item began at the BOCC’s September 15, 2020 BOCC regular <br />meeting and concluded with the closure of the public hearing on September 22, 2020.
