Contractors and building maintenance services and <br />similar uses perform services off-site. <br />Permitted uses, by way of example and not limitation, include the following: <br />i. Bottling. <br />ii. Brewery, winery, distillery, cidery with tasting/sampling facilities and <br />associated retail sales. <br />iii. Bus or rail transit vehicle maintenance or storage facility. <br />iv. Light Manufacturing: Land use category associated with facilities <br />conducting light manufacturing operations within a fully-enclosed building. <br />Permitted uses include by way of example and no limitation, the following: <br />i. Clothing, textile apparel manufacturing. <br />ii. Facilities engaged in the assembly, design, repair or testing of: <br />analyzing or scientific measuring instruments; semiconductor and <br />related solid state devices, including but not limited to clocks, <br />integrated microcircuits; jewelry, medical, musical instruments, <br />photographic or optical instruments; and timing instruments. <br />iii.
