i. Parking lot design and layout shall be in accordance with Section 6.9 <br />of the UDO; 36 <br />ii.i. 1 space shall be required for every 750 sq.ft. of office space; <br />iii.ii. 1 space per 3,000 sq.ft. of additional indoor area (exclusive of office <br />area). 37 <br />f. Signage: In addition to the standards contained in Section 6.12 of the UDO, <br />the following specific standards shall apply to the Project: <br />i. Signs shall be permitted consistent with the approved sign master <br />plan for the project; <br />ii. Final location/size shall be reviewed/approved by staff as part of a <br />site plan submitted in accordance with Section 2.5 of the UDO and <br />the conditions contained herein. <br />g. Lighting: In addition to the standards contained in Section 6.11 of the <br />UDO, the following specific standards shall apply to the Project: <br />i. Lighting plans shall be prepared in accordance with Section 6.11 of <br />the UDO; 38 <br />ii. All lighting shall be full-cut off fixtures; <br />iii. Lighting in parking areas shall observe a height limit of 45 ft.; <br />iv. All lighting shall comply with maximum foot-candle limits at property <br />lines as noted in Section 6.11.6.A of the UDO; <br />v. Lighting within the Project shall abide by the standards detailed in <br />Section 6.11.8 of the UDO. 39 <br />h. Stream Buffers: The Project shall comply with the provisions of Section <br />6.13 of the UDO. <br />i. Stormwater regulations: The Project shall comply with the provisions of <br />Section 6.14 of the UDO. <br />j. Erosion Control regulations. The Project shall comply with the provisions <br />of Section 6.15 of the UDO. <br />k. Flood regulations: The Project shall comply with the provisions of Section <br />6.21 of the UDO. <br /> <br />VI. PERMITTED AND PROHIBITED LAND USES: <br /> <br />36 Yellow highlighted language makes this condition unnecessary. <br />37 Staff had identified concern(s) proposed parking was insufficient to address the overall parking needs for the <br />project. At its October 6, 2020 regular meeting, the BOCC agreed to impose the condition recommended by the <br />applicant and denoted with yellow highlighting. <br />38 Yellow highlighted language makes this condition unnecessary. <br />39 Ibid. <br />27
