Call to order <br /> Chair Dorosin called the meeting to order at 5:30 PM <br /> 2. Introductions <br /> Introduction of members and staff <br /> 3. Update/American Legion Property <br /> Jim Orr/Chapel Hill Director of Parks and Recreation gave a presentation on the American Legion <br /> Property project <br /> • The town of Chapel Hill acquired the 36.2 acre on 12/5/16 for 7.9 million dollars <br /> • Council further resolved that the property should be used for a mix of public and private purposes <br /> • Hired Coulter;Jewel; Thames to lead a charrette and develop a Master Plan <br />
