The committee is charged with developing a master plan for the Fairview Park <br />Site, to include a map of proposed buildings, playing fields, roads, parking, and other facilities, <br />amenities, infrastructure locations, vegetative cover, hydrology, and other components that are <br />commonly included in a park or public facility.
