Call to Order <br /> A. The meeting was called to order at 6:07pm by Ms. Frances Castillo, Chair. A quorum was <br /> present at 6:20pm. <br /> II. Minutes Approval —January 13, 2020 <br /> A. HRC members reviewed the minutes from the previous HRC meeting. Ms. Castillo <br /> suggested the spelling of her name be corrected. Ms. Allison Mahaley suggested <br /> correcting the name of the organization from El Pueblo to its correct name, Apoyo. <br /> B. Ms. Tomeka Ward-Satterfield made a motion to approve the minutes with suggested <br /> edits. Ms. Mahaley seconded the motion.
