The residents provide services at both the <br />Hillsborough and the Carrboro dental clinics. The total cost of the contract for July 1, 2001 <br />through June 30, 2002 is $42,585. This was included in the 2001-2002 departmental budget <br />that was approved in June 2001. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: The total cost of the contract is $42,585 for the fiscal year 2001-2002. <br />This is a 2% increase over the previous year's contract and is wholly for an increase in dental <br />resident salaries. This amount was approved in the 2002 fiscal year budget for the department. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board approve the agreement <br />as written and authorize the Chair to sign the agreement. <br />
