During this time Beverly <br /> will research potential action plan items to include in the BOH Strategic Plan. Board <br /> members are encouraged to be a part of the strategic planning process by offering <br /> ideas, suggestions, or people connected to the top priorities. BOH members are <br /> encouraged to think on a macro level of community and institutional change — public <br /> health policy, population health, advocacy, marketing and media, cultural and societal <br /> norms, and other systemic level change. <br /> Subcommittees will meet in August to discuss the draft strategic plan. <br /> Potential Discussion Items: <br /> • Board input on focus areas for priorities <br /> • How and when board members would like to provide <br /> input on strategic plan <br /> • Strategic Plan Timeline <br /> • Other? <br />
