Alamance County reports three COVID-19 deaths-News-The Times-News-Burlington,NC <br /> r <br /> 1 <br /> r <br /> 1 <br /> _ 1 1 <br /> Elizabeth Pattman @EPattmanTN <br /> Alamance County has reported three COVID-19 related deaths as case counts continue to climb in the <br /> triple digits. <br /> The first COVID-19 death was reported by the county Health Department on April 23, with the second <br /> and third deaths following on May 1 and 5. <br /> Public Health Director Stacie Saunders said all three deaths have been in individuals older than 65 <br /> with underlying health conditions.All three were receiving care at the hospital at the time of death. <br /> No further information can be released about the individuals because of privacy laws. <br /> As of Wednesday, May 6, the county had 134 positive cases of COVID-19, with 71 of those individuals <br /> recovered and released from isolation.
