04/14/2020 <br /> Transit Advisory Social . OCPT introduced two new staff members <br /> Services/OCPT) Determinants . OCPT is now doing mobile ticketing to pay for ride — <br /> riders can set up an account and add a credit care. <br /> Cash will still be accepted. <br /> • OCPT developed a Safety and Security Plan <br /> found here. <br /> Healthy All . Conducted six focus groups with populations that <br /> Carolinians of were under-represented in the data collection <br /> Orange County process. <br /> • Those populations were Karen speakers, Spanish <br /> speakers, Burmese speakers, Kinyarwanda <br /> speakers, individuals experiencing homelessness and <br /> youth. <br /> • Conducted three community input sessions to gather <br /> input and feedback from community members in <br /> regards to the health of OC <br /> • Input sessions were held at Cedar Grove Community <br /> Center, Southern Human Services Center and <br /> Chapel Hill Public Library. <br /> • The fourth session was cancelled due to inclement <br /> weather <br /> • Collected and analyzed all of the collected data <br /> (primary and secondary) <br /> • Currently working on compiling all of the information <br /> from collected data, community partners and content <br /> experts to produce the 2019 CHA <br /> • The 2019 CHA will be finalized and submitted to NC <br /> DHHS (Dept. of Health and Human Services) on May <br /> 1 st <br /> Family Success Social . Impact: We have changed our program assessment <br /> Alliance Determinants mechanism to better identify improvements we've <br /> of Health made in the lives of our participants. We anticipate <br /> these new measures (such as food security, mental <br /> health needs, feeling confident in ability to assure <br /> child's school meets child's learning needs, and <br /> understanding participant goals for family <br /> empowerment) will more easily show our impact in <br /> future reporting periods. Of the 146 families who <br /> responded to the family assessment 81% (118) said <br /> they spend more than 30% of their income on <br /> housing compared to 18% (27) who said they spend <br /> less than 30% on their housing. <br /> • Navigator Program: We have enhanced the FSA <br /> navigator program by creating FSA Connections.
