c. Latitude and longitude of the well with a position accuracy of 100 feet <br /> or less; <br /> d. Diameter of the well; <br /> e. Depth of the well; <br /> f. Depth of water bearing zones <br /> g. Yield of each water bearing zone, <br /> h. Static water level and; <br /> i. Any other information the OCHD shall require as necessary to depict <br /> the location and construction details of the well. <br /> 2. The certified record of completion of a repair or abandonment shall be <br /> submitted at the time of inspection unless other methods of submittal have <br /> been pre-approved. <br /> 3.
