Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Orange County Board of Health that: <br /> 1. The Orange County Board of Health has adopted Rules deemed to be more stringent and <br /> necessary to protect the public health of citizens in Orange County as contained in the <br /> Groundwater Protection Rules for Orange County; and <br /> 2.
