To provide working farms with an alternative income potential; and
4. To link zoning densities to comprehensive plan goals and policies.
Taskforce members may be chosen from the following general sectors, including, but not limited to: loca
governments, advisory boards, banking and finance, private sector community/neighborhood groups,
utilities, developers, lawyers, agriculture, planning, natural areas advocacy, real estate, and
environmental protection. At the time that this board was approved the BOCC chose not to discuss how
many members this board should have, but would like to choose membership from the applicant pool.
The BOCC asked that this board be appointed before the summer break, so that this board may get
started on its mission.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: None.
RECOMMENDATION(S): Consider making initial appointments to the TDR Taskforce, as the board
make desire.
