A 305-foot by 150-foot <br />(including a portion of the State Road 1102 right-of-way) portion of <br />a 267.61 acre tract of land (Bingham Township, Tax Map 27, Lot <br />8) is zoned EC-V. The zoning district begins 100 feet south of the <br />north property line. The use of the property is noted as "Classic <br />Car Salon". <br />September 24, 1985 Covered Bridge Subdivision (10+ acre tract Exempt Plat) is <br />prepared by David Thompson Surveyors of Graham, NC.
