As a <br />practical matter, many of the uses could not be accommodated on this lot. Further <br />private restrictions may further reduce the number of uses allowed on this property. <br />The Orange County Board of County Commissioners and the Orange County Planning <br />Board will hold a joint public hearing at 7:30 PM on this rezoning on Au ust 27 2001 in <br />the F. Gordon Battle Courtroom located at 106 East Margaret Lane, Hillsborough, NC <br />27278. A public notice will be posted on the premises at least ten 10 days before the <br />hearing, and a legal advertisement will appear in the Chapel Hill Herald and the News of <br />Orange for two (2) successive weeks with the first notice appearing not less than ten <br />(10) days nor more than finrenty-five (25) days prior to the public hearing. <br />This notice is being sent to you because your property is either included in this rezoning <br />or is within 500 feet of the property proposed for a rezoning amendment.
