County Attorney's Report <br /> 16 John Roberts said the legislature is returning tomorrow, with the primary stated focus of <br /> 17 COVID relief. <br /> 18 John Roberts referred to the Research Triangle Logistical Park information, which was <br /> 19 discussed at length earlier this evening. He said the BOCC has received a great deal of <br /> 20 information/communication about this topic, some of which is false and inaccurate. He said it is <br /> 21 unusual to have a rezoning project with such community interest, especially prior to the BOCC <br /> 22 even receiving the project materials. He encouraged the Board to keep an open mind. <br /> 23 Commissioner Marcoplos thanked John Roberts for his report.
