Clothing, textile apparel manufacturing. <br />ii. Facilities engaged in the assembly, design, repair or testing of: <br />analyzing or scientific measuring instruments; semiconductor and <br />related solid state devices, including but not limited to clocks, <br />integrated microcircuits; jewelry, medical, musical instruments, <br />photographic or optical instruments; and timing instruments. <br />iii. Office showroom/warehouse. <br />iv. Printing, publishing, and lithography. <br />v. Production of artwork and toys, graphic design sign-making, movie <br />production facility, photofinishing laboratory. <br />vi. Repair of scientific or professional instruments and electric motors. <br />c. Research and Development: Land use category associated with facilities <br />focused primarily on the research and development of new products. This <br />includes associated manufacturing operation(s) for said products. <br />Permitted uses include by way of example and not limitation the following: <br />i. Laboratories, offices and other facilities used for research and <br />development by or for any individual, organization or concern, <br />whether public or private. <br />ii. Prototype production facilities that manufacture a limited amount of <br />a product in order to fully investigate the merits of such a product. <br />iii. Pilot plants used to test manufacturing processes planned for use <br />in production elsewhere. <br />d. Warehousing/Storage: Land use category associated with facilities <br />providing separate storage areas for personal or business use designed to <br />allow private access by the tenant for storing or removing personal <br />property. <br />Permitted uses include by way of example and not limitation the following: <br />i.
