Brick, <br />8. Stone, and <br />9. Masonry. <br />iii. Prohibited design elements include: <br />1. Highly reflective surfaces, <br />2. Exposed, untreated precision block walls; <br />3. Barbed wire; <br />4. “Stuck on” mansard roofs; <br />5. Materials with high maintenance such as stained wood <br />shingles. <br />iv. An internal architectural review committee shall be established to <br />ensure proposed building colors strive to be harmonious and <br />compatible with the natural surroundings and the general overall <br />palette shall be earth tones; consistent with the standards detailed <br />within the approved application; <br />STAFF COMMENT: It is unclear how this condition will be <br />enforced. <br />v. Single, dominant, monolithic building mass is not acceptable. <br />Visual breaks shall be used to provide ‘visual relief’ for long building <br />facades.
