Facility Dynamics will develop checklists and functional tests based on their <br /> experience for systems of these types. <br /> 2. Facility Dynamics will coordinate the certification of contractors for readiness, <br /> completion of installation,prestart and startup. <br /> 3. Testing reports will be included that document the FPT's tested.
