Q~~ <br /> <br />Existing and Proposed Conditions <br />Existing: <br />Erosion and Sedimentation Control, and Water Supply Watershed Requirements currently in place. <br />• Ordinance contains a ,higher disturbed acreage threshold far the Cane Creek and Upper Eno <br />Watersheds than for the University Lake Watershed before a permit and approved plan is required. <br />Proposed: <br />• To lower the disturbed acreage that requires an approved Erosion Control Plan and aLand- <br />Disturbing Permit from 20,000 square feet to 10,000 square feet for the Cane Creek and Upper <br />Eno Watersheds. <br />Develo meat Process Schedule and Action <br />• Upon approval by the Board of County Commissioner's, amendments will be incorporated into <br />the Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control Ordinance, and brought before the Board on <br />September 18t" for final approval. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />Existing Erosion Control staff will implement the attached amendments. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): <br />Administration recommends approval of the attached amendments, or as the Board decides. <br />a:\erosion\amendments\seot00abstract.doc <br />
